Swisskenko Ltd. is looking for a very experienced project manager for our JAVA development team with parentally 4 software developers based in Eldoret.
You’re Profile:
• Good knowledge foundation with a degree or masters degree in software development
• Excellent skills in the JAVA development environment (Spring, Sim, GWT)
• In minimum 7 years of project experience in enterprise development projects after your study
• Fast adapting for the ai-one TopicMapper SDK semantic technology
• A good team player
• Very good communication skills in English for the communication with the team and the customer in Europe and USA.
• Able and willing to share your experience and knowledge with the team
• You are willing to do your job in our head quarter in Eldoret

Your job:
• You are a real problem solver! You use your analytical skills to find solutions for upcoming challenges
• Evaluation of technologies and planning of a hole development process based on customer briefings and inputs
• Writing technical detail briefings for our Java developer team and deploy tasks
• Planning and preparing of a agile development process for the running projects and giving out issues to the team
• Active development together with our team
• Communication with our customer in Europe
• Super vision over the development process and assist the developers in going the strait way to the solution
